Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen fruit
- 99 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp corn starch
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan big enough to allow the mixture to be stirred without overflowing the pan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium high heat. Continually stir to avoid burning the filling.
- Stir until the desired thickness has been achieved. Allow to cool completely before using for best results.
